Sweets are bad. Sugar is like crack. Give up sugar and feel better. Sugar is killing us, How many times have we heard lines that that? Too many times. But it’s the holidays and maybe, just maybe we can take a break from compulsive behavior to eat ‘right’ and take a break. And what better way to than indulge in some sweet, sweet delights?
